Opaque black primer can be used on a multitude of surfaces. Apply with a brush or palette knife. Once dry, add additional embellishments to surface.

I would give Valley Stamp & Scrap a 15 star rating if I
could (2 happy daughters and 1 happy dad = 15). Both my daughter's loved the
project Linda setup for them. My daughters both said it was more fun than the trampoline place.
